Booking enquiries and session scheduling
When you book a free session via the booking form, we collect your name and email address. This is necessary to confirm your appointment and send you joining details. The lawful basis is contract performance.
Payments
Paid sessions are processed through Mollie. When you make a payment, Mollie collects and processes your payment information directly. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your card details. Please refer to Mollie’s privacy policy for details of how they handle your data.
Website visits
This website does not use cookies or third-party tracking tools. We do not collect analytics data that identifies individual visitors.
Booking and contact information is retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up enquiries. Payment records are kept for the period required by Danish accounting rules (currently 5 years).
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
